RETURN, EXCHANGES AND SHIPPING POLICY

AUSTRALIA: LOBA does not offer refunds and our policy is a store credit-only policy.

LOBA accepts returns of unworn, undamaged products with the original tags attached.

the request has to be made and items returned within 14 days from the purchase date

After receiving approval for your exchange, please send it back to the provided address, along with your original receipt.

Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to insure proof of delivery.

If the returned items have a visible sign of wear or do not have tags attached, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that discounted/Sale items cannot be returned for a refund. All sale items are final sale. 

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below: 

1. Email us your order number and state which items you would like to return. 

2. We will email you a return label back.  

3. Make sure the items you’re returning are in original condition, do not have any visible signs of use, are unwashed, free of deodorant stains, and have the original tags, returns with any signs will be returned to the sender.

4. Package the products into their original packaging. 

5. Put the products into shipment packaging and label it. 

6. Bring your package to the post or order a free pick-up from your location.

      • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
      • The customer pays for return shipping (except when receiving wrong item or size)
      • Please be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to ensure proof of delivery

 

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Please note that LOBA is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment. 

We will process your return within 10 days of receiving it and items will be assessed whether or not they are eligible for refund. If your return products are accepted, you will get the refund within 14 to 30 days of the return.
