- Surfing: Daily boat surf sessions in the most incredible waves the Mentawais have to offer. Right in the heart of this surfing paradise. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced surfer, there are waves to suit every level, and our experienced guides will ensure you make the most of your time on the water We will surf at least 2 sessions per day, so please be prepared with adequate sun safe reef safe clothing and equipment. Our surf guide will choose a plan for each day, where to surf and when based on conditions to best suit the experience level of the group.

- Yoga: Find balance and serenity with daily yoga sessions led by our Host Ellie Freestone. Connect with your body, mind, and spirit as you flow through asanas amidst the stunning backdrop of the Mentawais. Ellie brings her expertise and passion for yoga to every session, creating a supportive and uplifting environment for all participants.

- Breathwork: Deepen your practice with guided breathwork sessions designed to enhance your surfing performance and overall well-being. Learn techniques to stay calm, focused, and energized both on and off the mat, empowering you to fully embrace each moment of your retreat experience.

- Snorkelling and Stand-Up Paddle (SUP): Immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters of the Mentawais as you embark on snorkelling and stand-up paddle adventures. Explore the iconic reefs teeming with vibrant marine life, from colourful corals to exotic fish.

- Massage Experience: Treat yourself to an exclusive massage session designed to relax and rejuvenate your body after a day of exhilarating surf sessions.
